Expected to pay for money I didn't receive and also charged for days where I didn't have the money

I usually have a good experience but this time I made a loan request 2 days ago, and all the required processes were done, the site even says I should've received the money but there's still nothing.

I really feel like this is ******** because I'm charged more for each day that goes by without the loan being paid, so I'm going to be paying for 2 days that never materialized.

Also, their support email address doesn't respond to my emails, why have it if we're not going to be attended to???
