Disgusted

I app**** for R1000 loan yesterday. I accepted the debit order mandate on my banking application. You claim to have sent me R1000 - there is nothing received in my bank account. I queried this with you customer services who asked additional information which I gave. Up until now all I have received is dead silence and no money.
