DISAPPOINTED

I am extremely disappointed in Prime Loans. I took a loan last month as usual but chose my next payment date the 29th of this month and the website decided to make the payment date last month the 29th!! When the SMS came to extend my loan by paying a fee I immediately went onto the link and the website refused to take the payment after my banking app approved it 3 times!!!!! I emailed asking for a human being to call me so that they could help me extend my loan but no such luck just Nicole the ROBOT that keeps calling and speaking to her is like speaking ro a brick wall!!!
