Bad Service No payment back
Normally there is no issue they are very quick and sufficient. This month en I have by mistake made a double payment. I've tried since 30 April to get this resolved. No one is getting back to me. I've send numurous emails. Did the online chat. Tried with the number they send a whatsapp on. But no answer. I need this resolved today.
