Bad service

Poor service you guys promised to cancel the loan but to my surprise am getting an sms that it will deduct thus is the worst service ever I did not even access the loan funds yet you guys are gonna debit.. why you told me within 7 days it will be canceled now it's 10 days still mot cancel you guys are seriously the worst i do not recommend anyone to do business with you.
