Appalling service

I took out a loan of R2500 from prime loans and settled it manually, and my bank account was debited again, after I got a confirmation that the debit order mandate was canceled. I have been sending out emails and tried to call them to request my refund, but I haven't got any help from them. The line disconnects and no response to emails also. I feel like this is a ****
