Account paid up on the 27 May but they still demand payment

Account settled on the 27th May 2026, but they are still demanding payment from me.....I also emailed the proof of payment to *** on the 1st June 2026 and also make a call to tell them that the account has been settled. Now they are busy smsing and emailing none stop demanding payment
