Absolutely disgrace

I app**** for R600 loan this morning. I accepted the debit order mandate on my banking application. You claim to have sent me R600 - there is nothing received in my bank account. I queried this with you customer services who asked additional information which I gave. Up until now all I have received is dead silence and no money.
