WORST INSURANCE AND NOT RELIABLE

Primedia car insurance is not helping. They said we must send the car to their penal beater (techno dent in krugersdorp) to fix a dent and their penal beaters messed up the car cpmouter box and its 3 weeks later, they still have the car and theres no sign of it being fixed anytime soon. It has now become a debate on who should fix this mess. Primedia is supposed to be sorting this out as it is their supplier, they are instead telling us we should communicate with the penal beater directly..This is very unacceptable and i am very fustrated.3 weeks with no car.
