Sold wrong product

On the 18/05/2021 I took the car insurance policy with Primedia,to cover my Datsun go plus . When I took the policy I did inform the consultant that I'm using this car for deliveries as I'm working for Takealot deliveries ,the consultant did explain to me that they can cover the car however nit the contents which I said the contents are covered by Takealoy I need insurance for the car. She then said it's doable ,on our conversation I mentioned the awkward hours that I work which she said that's fine . All these years I've been paying my policy and get correspondence from the company, last week I called the company for a policy review as I cantnafford it due to business nit doing well. I then spoke to someone which I mentioned that I'm using this car for deliveries who then said that's impossible to insure the car for such with them I then dropped the call as I was very frustrated with him and he was arrogant. Today I got the call from the same person I spoke to last week telling me they don't insure the csr for commercial use ,I'm not sure if he understand me vert well. Now I'm writing to you to claim.my premiums since policy inception as I was sold wring product and I never claimed and all these years I'm under the impression that my car is covered. I have asked them to listen to the first recording when I take up this policy and I want to insure my car asap nut I want them to reimburse my premiums since 2021 as I never claimed and sold wrong product.
