Prize payout

I’ve recently won cash through a competition by Disney+. 21 day period for payout has passed by almost 10 and am still waiting for payment to be made. I have won through 947 before and was impressed by the time frame of payout. This time it’s ridiculous that I have to wait to so long. Highly disappointed.
