Prize money was not paid to me.

I won a prize on Anele and the Club, 947 radio station on the 19th of August 2024. I have sent my banking and FICA documents to Primedia Plus the same morning. I was told by Primedia Plus, by an agent named Tebogo Moseri, that they will take 21 working days to pay me the prize money. It is now the 25th of September 2024, to date I have not received payment. I have called the 947 producers, and was told that they cannot assist. I have spent hours calling Primedia Plus, however they do not answer. I managed to speak with the receptionist, and was rudely told that "there are many winners, she cannot help or transfer me, I just need to wait!" It is sad that they just not pay, do not communicate and do not care about clients in anyway whatsoever. I have begun to believe that this is a ****, and that these funds will never be paid to me.
