Prize money not paid out

I have won on 94.7 drive with Thando the Easter weekend as was advised after 4 week if you didn't recieve feedback contact us

So after 4 weeks I contacted primedia and its 6 weeks now and still no response i tried calling however no answer I have emailed Tebego , Musa as well as Thapelo and nothing

This makes it very unpleasant for one to participate in games when prizes isn't given when due

Very disappointed and let down
