Primedia not getting back to me regarding my prize!

So, I won the Cell C Pop Quiz Competition (R10,000) on the 3rd November.

The next day I received a link which told me to upload my ID & Bank details, and payment would be done within 21 business days. I then called the following week, to follow up and just find out if my details have been loaded, and they advised me that they have not been loaded. I then sent my details through via email to the payments department, and I have been trying to follow up with them about whether my banking details have now been uploaded, (because in their disclaimer it says if you do not claim your prize within 40 business days, you forfeit the prize), so I do not want to be told that I did not claim the prize, or make the effort to get my money.

I UNDERSTAND that it takes 21 business days, but then the lovely lady at reception tells me that it takes a lot longer, how do they post competitions, but they do not have the money to pay the prize winners within the time frame that they give, this is unacceptable!

I have read that these competitions are a ****, and that people have gone months without seeing their money. I am not sure where to escalate this as nobody at Primedia is getting back to me, and it is just not fair, Cell C or Primedia need to sort this out and pay people their winnings timeously.
