Prime media pathetic customer experience

Good morning I am Andrew Fourie and recently entered the cell c make a wish competition with 947 and I was a winner and won R7000 but I Heard nothing from your side on when I am receiving my money. Its been more than 21 days as stated in the terms and conditions of the competition can I take legal against prime media for not paying as promised because I am getting no feedback from them and this has been very poor customer service from their side and making false promises to me live on national radio.i have been supporting 947 for over 7 years and this is how I get treated. I lost faith in south Africa as a country because of this 😔
