Prime insurance is a horrible insurance, they refused to to accept my car insurance claim because they claimed I suggested to be covered the next month and not the month I opened my policy. They too long to even give me feedback just for them to decline my claim but still expect me to continue with their insurance. The first consultant even dropped the phone on me . When I sent the hem an email to complain about the misunderstanding, I was send an email from their legal team telling me how they would help even though they made a mistake from their system.
