Alarm Bells

<p>Primedia Outdoor have a bill board on Malibongwe drive outside the offices where I work. This bill board has an alarm on it for some reason, and it keeps ringing - a high pitched brain piercing sound that I am sure must be ****ing any dogs in the area. I have been phoning them since 15th Sept 2016 to try to get them to do something about it. Most of the times I called, the person responsible was nowhere to be found. A person by the name of Simon. They have sent out technicians twice, that I am aware of, to attend to the problem, but the problem persists. I am tired of phoning and complaining and they don't seem to be taking my phone calls seriously anymore. The alarm is incredibly annoying and headache inducing and I would just like it to stop!! </p>
