Unauthorised deduction from bank accounts

Cancelled my membership with Prime Video on 30 March 2026. Received confirmation on 5 April 2025 of cancellation from Prime Video. On 28 April 2026 an amount of R79 was deducted without authorisation. No means to contact them since no contact details are provided on their website or emails. They just refer you back to your account which I deleted after cancelling my membership. They are *****ing money from clients and you as client have no means of getting it back. Please take notice of this when signing on.
