Nonsense subscription

Nonsense subscription, and worse part is that I have to link it from my phone to watch it on my TV. Very expensive with nothing to watch. I would like to have my refund with immediate effect( before the end of business day of 04 May 2023), the amount of R283.07, that was debited from my FNB account.
