Horrible and pathetic service! If only I knew

I have never experienced such bad experience from a company and it’s representatives.

I recently paid rent for 6 months and deposit in advance for a flat that I wanted to rent. They said everything was ready for us to move in and the day we arrived the place was a ***sty it was never even cleaned.

They said they will renovate the place before we move in two weeks later, we haven’t moved in and the company and it’s representatives don’t even communicate about updates regarding the place.

The guy who we have been in communication with all along called Mxolisi Ngobese is now no show and the managers couldn’t care less about resolving the matter!

The place still looks the same nothing has been fixed and we are forced to move in in that condition!

The managers couldn’t careless, they say the owner doesn’t want to give us the refund!

This has got to be one of the most horrible experiences ever, we’ve paid for a place that we haven’t even moved in to and by the look of things we won’t and the owner gets to keep the money!
