Extremely Disappointing Experience as a Landlord
Very disappointing experience as a landlord. I entrusted Prime Property with the letting of my property, expecting proper tenant vetting, FICA verification and professional oversight. Serious concerns arose regarding the tenant screening and documentation, followed by substantial unpaid rental and utilities and extensive damage to my property. I repeatedly raised these issues with Prime Property and have been disappointed with the manner in which my concerns were handled. I am now pursuing recovery of my losses through the appropriate legal channels. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Prime Property to property owners without first carefully establishing exactly what tenant screening and protection they provide.
