False promises from PMD and lack of proper investigation.

On the 30th November 2022 I was on a car accident where I was hit by another car on the back of my left side.it was just before I reached the other side of the road.The robots were not working at that time.the guy who hit me stopped at a distance because he was on high speed,than he reversed when my car had stopped as well.airbags came out on my left side.i was already in the box of that four-way and the guy came from his car and asked why I didn't stop.well than i was taken to hospital by ambulance and I left my mom and my son on the scene.phoned PMD to inform them ant they were so kind at tha moment but already drilling me about the details of the accident.Car was taken to Pinerown by the breakdown and PMD had decided on which one to use.for weeks was getting call from different investigators.well the claim was lodged everything submitted as they requested time and time and again.Than I was given Courtney car on the 5th of december.after that it became my responsibility to follow up on the progress eventually they told me they the car is a write off and requested I get a Natif and c****ttlement and I thought that was a way forward.Than I phoned them again they told me they submitted everything to the underwriters on the 14th of December 2022 and the vedict takes 5to7 working days which never happened and I never stopped following up and wasn't getting the response or answers from their consultants than they kept on saying sorry they are also waiting and they will lodge my complain on the system.Than was to return the car on the 4th of January but I asked them but the set back is on their side than they extended the car hire and said on the 9th I must return it cos I will have the vedict,on that day carhire people came for their car and the day anded without a call from PMD .on the 10th I called them and was told sorry no vedict again and I was really fighting cos I have waited for long and wasting my airtime following up on their empty promises .On the 17th I received a call that my claim is invalid because I never stopped on the robot which is not true because how can I drive towards a robot that's not working and not check the sides?M7 has a lot of speeding trucks for me not to look or stop.Now they had moved my car from storage in pinetown which is closer to my house and it's now at umhlanga or mount edgecom they say and I must pay 2800 to PMD to release my car because they say my claim is invalid.i feel this is unfair because I followed the road rules and signs.Well I guess PMD is really decreasing.peolpe need to really study their contract Iwith PMD cos at first I was told my access will be 7900 instead of 3000 because the accident happened between 11pm and 5am because those are danger times wow that was the first.i was questioned where I was going at that time? luckily I was on my way to work because I was starting at 5am so with PMD make sure you don't travel between those hours.Im really not taking that vedict and I want to appeal.
