Do Not Insure with PMD

PMD is such a horrible insurance. they declined my claim after the car was written off, their reason is misinterpretation of facts and when i ask for the facts that were misinterpreted they say i did not disclose that i stopped at a liquor store before continuing my drive, they acknowledge that the fault was a mechanical failure which caused the accidents but they say because they assume that i was drunk and under the influence of alcohol, i could have avoided the accident and based on policy they rejecting the claim.
