*******ion Abounds at Netcare Pretoria East’s Emergency Room
The Prime Medical Group at Pretoria East Hospital are *******. They added treatments to my medical aid claims which I did not receive. They *****ulently claimed from my medical aid, which is out of the scope of my medical aid cover, and any attempt to rectify this is ignored by Tswelopele Kgasi, the collections administrator in their Collections department. I have been struggling for months to rectify this so that I can pay my outstanding account.
If you have the option to go to another emergency room, please do so. I hope they go out of business because of their *******ion and *****ulent practices.
