Rejected Bills from Prime Cure

<p>My bill apparently from April have been rejected buy the medical because they dont have the Gp under my account, so my question is how do they explain visiting a GP for more than 3times and still say he is not nominated, everytime i went there a phone call was made to them and only on the 3rd time i was there was asked to nominate the Dr. as my GP but it does not show on their system how inconvinient of them. And you can hear from the sound of the consultant that they dont want to help sounding bored and sarcastic on the phone. Asking me a reference number like as if their calls are not recorded. I don't know now how many countless timws do i have to ask them to settle the bill, coz every month they getting my money, now when it comes to service delivery they come with stories</p>
