Refund outstanding for 6 months

If I could, it would be no stars. I have a refund that has been pending from the 4th of October 2024. To this day they have not paid. No one is accessible to assist. I've gone through numerous call center agents and now being assist by the call center supervisor by the name of Thuli. There is a lady by the name of Brenda who seems to be the reason behind all this delay.

This was a casualty visit claim from a hospital where they said I can pay cash, and they will refund me. Do not trust them at all!
