Primecure Dis-Chem health Kaelo not paying specialist claim

They are so bad. I received reference number for specialist on 2 June for my mother and paid cash and they are refusing to pay me back. They have been giving me run around saying they paid the doctor and doctor Irfaan saying they did not receive their payment.
