Lies and more lies

I received an SMS that said unlimited doctor visits and scrips. I then said yes and received a call. I told the lady right from the start that I have permanent hayfever which then results in sinus and asthma hence i need to take daily medicine for that. I also have a very low immune system and have to have vitamins so its very important that I can buy all these meds monthly on my medical aid. She said yes you can.

Right, so it starts. Go to the doctor of Prime Cure's choice. Then get to the pharmacy of prime cures choice. NOPE!!! Cant have the meds its not on Prime Cures list!!! Ok, so what is? Are there any alternatives? NOPE !!!

Then I'm diagnosed with blood pressure and a heart condition. Dr prescribed medicine. The doctor scans it to them. I scanned it to them. Get to clicks, pharmacy of Prime Cure's choice. Cant have most fo the medicine not on the list, back to the drawing board. Ok, what is? Nope, there aren't alternatives. Alright, buy it out cash. Go the second month to get the now chronic medication. No I can't have it. I ask why not. Your OTC medicine for the year is finished. But it wasn't OTC. It was chronic. No prime curs say sit was never chronic.

Your service is pathetic, to say the least. You took my, money. You take people's money and lie to them. To already people that have no money. you should be ashamed of yourself.
