Lack of Communication by Prime Cure Staff

I have been to the local Prime Cure in August of last year. They charged medicine above the allowed tariffs of my medical aid and never let me know that I owed them the money thereof. It is now 7 months later and they have handed me over to debt collectors, who have piled up their own fees. I have spoken to the staff at Prime Cure, but they have no excuse as to why I was never contacted... The staff has always known exactly who I am and they even know who my family is as my family visits them regularly for cronic meds. Never once did I hear anything about being outstanding. It is sad that after years of visiting a Dr a day comes where his staff gets to be so slacking.
