Doggy medical scheme

Prime cure has a system to makes claims for refunds when you pay cash, for more then 4 weeks now no feedback or confirmation even my HR from my company followed up still nothing. Today I called for more then 2 hours calling them and getting my call dropped or placed on hold for 40min or mute for more then 15 min all the the customer care agents were not professional it's like they are avoiding the call and putting you on hold long enough to drop the call no one follows up they have paid 2 claims made by A GP and private hospital doctor who works as a separate entity from the hospital but not they own member . You feel really helpless with this service. I'm leaving them going to discovery, this small time money hungry medical scheme was offfered by my work. Not recommending this kind of service to no one.
