Disappointing Prime Cure Medical Aid

PrimeCure Health is a very *********** and disappointing medical aid. For a medical aid that demands a lot of admin to pay as little as R800 for a service rendered after all those authorization shandis they do back and forth, their service is disappointing and below par.

I’m a health professional and wouldn’t recommend Prime Cure to anyone because they take time to do anything when a patient wants to consult. They need to reconsider their way of doing things and their administrations.

How can you take over a month just to pay R800? Who would join such a medical aid?

So disgusted and disappointing.
