Day light ******s!

My membership number is ***. On 27/04/2021 I went to visit my GP. I had to pay the R500 Consultation fee cash because they could not get hold of Prime Cure to confirm my details. I then sent Prime Cure all information - and now they are busy telling me my claim is rejected because the don't cover "contraceptives". I even phoned them to explain that they are not covering contraceptives - they are covering the Drs Consuktation. I also sent them emails telling them that the "contraceptives" are not part of the claim - as I bought those cash at Dischem - they need to cover my reimburse Drs Consultation fee - which I am covered for as per the contract that we have. Now they have resorted to simply ignoring my emails. This service is pathetic - with the hope that I will let this go. I will never recommend anyone to use their services. I will also escalate to the Ombudsmans - as this is ****************. I am debited about R700 every month with no fail - and I hardlly use their services. It'll actually be cheaper for me to pay my own Drs visits and cancel this pathetic service. I want my money back!
