Bad Service very bad.

So yester even I took my wife to Prime Cure Clinic thats based locally here in my area, that's where I always take my kids too if they not well.

To my surprise, the nurse was so rude that she did not even have any remorse about it, shouting at my wife infront of everyone. I approached her to tell her that's not how you treat patients especially when we add on to your pay cheques but still the laid (Portia) didn't seem to notice her wrong doing.

Then came the Dr to attend my wife, which he but just left us hanging when he left for home I asked the nurse where's Dr she said he left and they are waiting for the next Dr to come through, I mean how do you leave patients when the other doctor hasn't arrived? What kind of nonsense is that?
