Bad call centre

<p>Good day </p> <p>I would like to report that I have received one of the two worsed calls ever ffrom prime care I feel training is key with the two staff I sended an emailed with regards to the changing of doctors and I when the agent phoned I requested him to call back at 1pm which he promised and later when he phoned me at 2h30pm he didn't even apologise he had such bad attitude and before I could asked a quiz he dropped phone in my ear. 10 min later someone else phone me with same stinking attitude and picked me doctors and dropped my call too. Bad call centre service ever </p>
