Bad and unacceptable service

Good day,

I am at Prime Cure Dube for a consultation at the GP it’s my first day here and the service is just disappointing and it makes me angry, firstly the said it opens at 8:00 and I stood outside of the building until 8:30 for them to open then when they finally open the receptionist kept of having a personal conversation with her fellow colleagues for another 30mins while us the patients waited, then the bad service is the receptionist or the lady that opens new files gave me a bad attitude as well I don’t know if people here lack professionalism or they aren’t trained on how to treat clients well. Then the doctors themselves aren’t even in the consultation rooms at it’s already 10:12. What I fail to understand is that the staff doesn’t even communicate to us as patients why there is a delay in service and doctors being unavailable. It’s places like these that make us not to want to visit anymore.

Do something about this because it is really unacceptable!
