Absolutely terrible service - Would not recommend to anyone !!

Absolutely unprofessional experience!! I've been calling in so many times requesting updates on my refund and every person I speak to tells me a different story. The CS agents are not clued up on the processes and do not know how to advise their clients properly. Pathetic!!

And now they've got me calling them up all the time for payment that is due to me which they have not paid out !!!

Not forgetting to mention, I supposedly spoke to a superior who promised to call me back with an update on Monday but lo and behold, no call at all whatsoever !
