GOOD DAY.

I received a mail today at 16h40 saying that my policy has been terminated from 31.01.2021.My medical has been paid but this is the **** mails i get from flexicare...Im so ****ed as im having so much problems with this health insurance..How can my policy been terminated but ive used it in february and my doctor visits were paid...Am very dam unhappy...
