Car incident and unco-operative.

My brother was involved in a car incident with one of their security vehicles and the incident was reported at the nearest police station. Since then the company personnel have been rude, they don't return calls nor emails which have been continuesly send. They have been giving us the run around and mind you their driver was the one at fault.
