Unauthorised Debit

I seem to have fallen prey to Primax Communication's **** of debiting accounts without authorisation.My account has been debited with R99,00 per month. I contacted Digicash, their authorised collection agency, and have been trying ever since to contact Primax, but to no avail. Problem is not resolved yet.
