PRIDE POOLS WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN

What a terrible experience dealing with Pride Pools Sea Point!!!!! I made a booking with them a week ago for Fri 21st Dec 18. After contacting them that morning to find out their ETA they informed me that a vehicle had broken down and there would be delays, which I can understand. Later in the day I was told they had not yet arrived. A while later I received a call informing me they would get to my home around 4pm. They did not arrive and heard nothing further from them.

Their policy is that a call out fee of R560.00 must be paid upfront which i understood and left the money with my domestic.

I then call them this morning from work to find out what had happened and they told me they would be at my premises later in the morning. Fortunatly my maintanence guy was at the house to let them in. I then receive a call that they will not carry on with the job unless i pay the call out fee.

If i had known they would be arriving I would have left the cash at home before leaving for work at 7am. there operating hours on a Saturday are from 9 -1pm. After hearing that they would not service my pool I contacted the store and all they could tell me is that it is store policy not to service a pool before payment and this even after I they could not honour there commitment to service my pool on the correct day.

What shocking service!!!!!
