Bad Customer Service
Misleading customer service. When you go onto their website you are forced to enter your mobile number to download a brochure. Within a few minutes I get a call from a consultant wanting to assist me. I gave him my details and he suggested my dad who is handicapped needs to test drive the scooter in Newcastle. They scheduled a date for a week later. On the scheduled date later that afternoon I get a call saying that the person whom was supposed to bring the scooter had a family emergency and had to rush to Durban, which is understandable. I then contacted the consultant to reschedule another date and he told me he will let me know and he's assistant will contact me later that day or the next morning. I waited until the afternoon and I ended up calling to speak to the assist bit the receptionist told me she was busy and I must leave a message. Then I got a call from the receptionist a few minutes later telling me that the assistant said she will call me back in two weeks time. It has now been 5 weeks!!! No email, no call. Pathetic customer service especially for naive senior citizens
We are sorry you had a poor experience in your engagement with our company. When we could not make our appointment, we did contact you to see if we can assist you telephonically and, understandably, you still wanted to ensure that your father can use the scooter. As we offer this service for free and without obligation and carry all the costs associated with it, it is unfeasible for us to travel to Newcastle, which no other scooter company would do, and is a round trip of over 680km's for one appointment. We do have you on our system as as soon as we have more enquiries for our products in that area, we will gladly come and give your father a test drive.
We have however taken you criticisms to heart and we will ensure that we improve our communication with you going forward.
Kindest regards,
The Team @ Pride Mobility
