Pay back the money

Went for a procedure in July and paid co-payment that wasn't necessary. I was then told of a refund due in September, to date nothing has been received. I made numerous calls requesting updates on the refund and I've been told stories from internal audits taking place to only one accountant working with refunds and only processing 5 a day.<br> All I want is the money due to me. <br> <br> Its amazing because if I was the one owing them, they would have handed over the account for collection and I would have paid interest and handling fees.
