Eye Institute Pretoria North

<p>My partner went to the Eye Institute Pretoria North in October 2015. So we asked the lady if we need to pay anything if the savings account of the medical aid is empty. Her answer was NO. What we did not know that this bill was sent in to the medical aid by the Eye Institute Pretoria North but was not paid by the medical aid. February 2016 I received an SMS that I do have a bill oustanding and need to pay it ASAP. This SMS had the bank account details with no amount. So I phoned in several times and no one could help me with the oustanding amount that needs to be paid. Take notice that it is now already 4 months later when I received the first notification. In the meanwhile the lady said she will phone me back with the relevant oustanding amount details. Have not heard a thing. Then out of the blue again a SMS in April with the bank account details and that my oustanding bill needs to be paid asap. I called them again this time they told me the Doctor is no longer at their branch. They gave me a number to phone where they will help me with all the details. I phoned the number and again they dont seem to find anything and will phone me back. We are now in May and have not heard a word from them. To top all this up they have all my details. I have not received any post either.</p>
