Account dept sucks

Accounts department for not telling me i owe money and just give me over to colmed, that got hold of me the first time they contacted me????? No email or phone call. I paid R11000,00 cash the day i left the hospital and now still owing R900??? that i would have paid that day. But now 2 years later to find out there is still outstanding amount. What is the account department doing??????????????
