Worst dry cleaning service

Mahn don't dry clean your clothes with this company. I sent my jacket it on Friday morning. Only got it Tuesday, they didn't even keep me updated I had to check with them. I got my jacket and it is so badly stained. I don't understand how. Someone needs to reimburse me for my jacket.
