I was given the best service @ First for women by a lady in name of Ntobi
I was given the best service @ First for women by a lady in name of Ntobi . Her way of attending a customer especially those with loss of hope about a problem is out of this world. She apply her way to the best ability and yu will inevitably cool down . I was helped professionally by this person please make the manager in your company .

Never use "Press for time" laundromat in Kengsinton Square, Durban North
This was my first time using this laundromat, and sadly, it will be my last. I was first quoted R335 when I dropped off my washing. When I suggested that I could cut a few things to lower the price, the employee helping me suggested that I speak with reception to set up a discount instead. Later on, she informed me that if I paid with cash, I would get a R100 discount. I admired this gesture as a first-time customer because it gave me the impression that my company was important. However, after I left, things changed! I was told over the phone that I actually needed to pay R580 plus change. The amount was decreased to R480 and some change during the same chat. I was informed the next day that the sum had increased to R450. Nobody has been able to explain why the pricing changed each time I was contacted up to this point. I was casually informed that the receptionist was merely covering for someone on maternity leave when I questioned the irregular pricing. Because it imp**** that there was a lack of clarity on price and procedures, the statement did little to instill confidence. When I attempted to elevate the situation, things got much more worrisome. I asked for the manager's contact information, but I didn't get an email address. Rather, I was given a supervisor's WhatsApp number, but the employee was unable to provide me with the supervisor's name. No one picked up the phone. The manager's name was "Arthur", the receptionist told me later on what looked to be her personal cellphone. She claimed that because he "doesn't take calls," he had told her to tell me to just pick up my laundry. This didn't sit well with me. A manager should be open to having a direct conversation with a client who has a valid grievance if they are able to connect with employees. Without anyone listening to my side of the story, it seemed like a decision had been made. I have very little faith in this company's operations as a result of the overall experience, which included uneven pricing, unclear discount policies, poor communication, and management's seeming inability to interact with a disgruntled client. These discrepancies gave me the sense that the company lacked professionalism and transparency, even though I am unable to explain why they happened. As directed, I will pick up my laundry, but I won't be coming back. Based on my experience, I am likewise unable to suggest this laundromat to others. In order to treat future clients with the professionalism and respect they deserve, I hope the owners take this input seriously and make improvements to their price uniformity, customer communication, and complaint-handling procedures.
