Unrealistic price hike during Covid.

My wife took a comforter in to be laundered. They quoted her R 250.00 up from R 150.00 the previous occasion. On confronting the lady with the cost she was just ignored. Take it leave it attitude. She stated that the price was virtually the cost of buying a new comforter and was again looked upon with disdain. I phoned the H/O who took our details and two weeks later after promising to contact us we have never been contacted. How is that for customer service and *********** the consumer during Covid!!!!
