They ruined my silk duvet

My partner and I bought 2 silk duvets when we were overseas last year. They were expensive, but a little cheaper than buying them in South Africa. They had cleaning labels on the and we took one to pressed in time for cleaning after spilling some coffee on it. It was expensive to have it cleaned, but we wanted it cleaned. We received it back and it was perfect. A week later, when the weather changed and I needed to put a heavier duvet on for winter, I took the 2nd one in for the same process. They advised me it would be expensive, and is confirmed that we had just picked one up last week and do to the same with this one- it was the same duvet. I only, opened the duvet a few weeks ago, to now replace the winter one,and to my horror they had completely ruined it. The silk inside had gone into a ball and come away from the covering of the duvet. When I brought it back, the assistant screamed at me and said she remembered me and that I told her how to clean it. I have never worked in a cleaning company or launderette so how on earth would I have known this? She threw the duvet at me and started screaming at me.left messages for the owner, but they don't come back to me.,
