SWIFT DRY CLEANERS & PRESSED IN TIME - not so SWIFT and not so imPRESSED

<p>In April And May I bought a beautiful vibrant stripped jacket form Zara and a cashmere scarf form Burberry. These items were expensive and special to me, thus I decided to have the items professionally cleaned by Pressed In Time, St John’s Mall, Sea Point, Cape Town. Without my knowledge or consent Pressed In Time outsourced my items to be professionally cleaned by Swift Dry Cleaners in Kloof Street Cape Town. 3 days later the items were returned in an awful state. The items looked like they had been dragged behind a car. The items which were almost brand new looked years old. They were faded, threads pulled and broken. I burst into tears and was promised the situation would be sorted out by the owner Francious of Pressed In Time.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 Months later I am still battling to have this sorted out. Meyer the owner of Swift Dry cleaners is beyond rude, aggressive and unprofessional and Francious from Pressed In Time does not return any phone calls or emails. The two men wish to ignore the situation. Mucho who is situated in Johannesburg at the head office, has stated that they will be in contact and will sort the matter out, guess what…. One month later and still I have received no help.</p> <p> </p> <p>The two companies are unprofessional and will not take responsibility for their actions. The items that were manufactured in two different countries were damaged at the same time cannot mean this is a manufacturing problem. It clearly states one thing and that is that they were mistreated under the care of Swift Dry Cleaners.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want compensation for a R8000 scarf and a R1020 jacket. This is not small change.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to receive the customer service that I should have, I deserve to be treated with respect and have my complaint heard. Compensation is a must. It is not my fault I took my items to be professionally cleaned it is the company who took responsibility in accepting my clothing and had them cleaned to reimburse me!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Never use Pressed In Time or Swift Dry Cleaners!!!!</p>
