STAINED CURTAINS, RUDE MANAGER, TOOTHLESS HEAD FRANCHISOR

<p>I took two batches of exactly the same curtains to the Northcliff branch to be dry cleaned. When it was collected one set was severely stained. The person in the store acknowledged there to be a problem and said that she will have to talk to the “owner” Jason Smith. When he eventually got in touch (and following an ‘internal investigation’) claimed that the curtains were like that when we handed it in. When we realised we were not going to get anywhere with Jason we turned to the franchisor, or head office. Unfortunately the head office seems incapable, and unwilling to assist in any way! I WILL ENCOURAGED EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM PRESSED IN TIME it will be cheaper to travel a little further to another dry cleaner.</p> <p> </p>
